Electric

• The electric utilities tools connect to either hydraulic digger-derrick trucks or utility buckets and these tools help you install hardware and crimp cables. Tools in these class include impact wrenches, tree trimming tools and pruners. The trimming tools allow electrical installers to cut down branches or trees near telephone poles and wires. The ground rod drivers help you drive rods into the ground. These tools handle rods between one-half inch and 1 inch in diameter.

Compact

• The compact equipment tools are smaller than standard-sized equipment, but still provide you with a lot of power. You can use these tools for both low and high-flow applications. Tools in this series include grapples, shears, chipping hammers and drop hammers. It also includes the HS3000 through the HS22000 mounted compactors, which help you compact materials using vibrations.

Municipalities

• The municipalities series of tools are for oil, gas, sewer and water applications. These tools include diamond saws, post drivers/pullers, grinders, hammers, drills and pruners. It also includes earth augers, which are tools with a corkscrew head, and these tools help you create holes in the ground. You can operate the model EA08 tool with two people or just one if you use the torque tube.

Pipeline

• Stanley Hydraulics also offers tools for oil, water, sewer and gas pipelines. These include compactors and the BR37 light-duty breaker. A breaker helps you demolish material like concrete or break up compacted earth. You can also use this tool to drive in posts or cut up asphalt. Certain models come with anti-vibration handles, which reduces vibrations and user-fatigue.

Demolition

• The demolition tools are specifically for construction workers or contractors who need to break up building material. This series includes drop hammers, breakers, shears and grapples. The UP15 universal processor helps you perform different duties simply by changing out the jaws of the tool. It comes with six jaws, including jaws for shearing, processing or breaking up concrete.
