# Husqvarna Weed Whacker Directions
The Husqvarna 128LD is a consumer-grade weed eater/trimmer designed for residential homeowners. This is a gasoline-powered unit with a 26cc two-cycle engine. It comes with an automatically loading trimmer head driven by a braided wire cable drive. The unit is adaptable to either a weed trimmer head or a grass cutting head. The trimmer shaft is detachable for easy breakdown and storage. Husqvarna's Smart Start technology promises easy starting with the recoil starter. The 128LD weighs 15 pounds.

Push the fuel primer bulb ten times until gasoline partially fills the bulb.

Set the blue choke lever on the engine to the "Closed" position.

Place the trimmer on the ground and hold it with one hand. Grip the starter rope handle with the other hand. Pull slowly on the starter rope until the starter mechanism engages and you feel resistance, then pull the rope rapidly and firmly. Repeat until the engine starts.

Move the blue choke lever on the engine to the "Open" position as the engine warms up.

Hold the trimmer head at an angle just above the ground and allow the end of the trimmer line to cut the vegetation or grass.

Stop the engine by depressing the "Stop" switch on the handle until the engine stops.
