How to Replace a Lawn Tractor Battery

Lawn tractor batteries are similar to motorcycle batteries in many respects. They are lighter and more compact than standard automotive batteries, making them easier to change. This is accomplished by simply unbolting the power cables from the battery, removing its retaining strap and lifting it out of its battery tray.
