Instructions for Installing a Belt in an IH Cub Cadet Snow Blower

The Cub Cadet snow thrower makes it easy to remove snow without having to use a snow shovel. The snow thrower uses a small gasoline-powered engine to drive an auger with two belts. The auger belts can wear out and become cracked or frayed over time. If the belts are not tight, the engine will not power the auger and the snow thrower will be effectively useless. Replacing the auger belts should take you less than an hour. The task does not require special tools; all you'll need are a screwdriver and a wrench.
