How to Remove a Color Picture on a Headstone

Color pictures have been presented on headstones for years as mementos. At some point, the family may want to change the picture or remove it. Once those photos are attached to the headstone, they can be removed, with the understanding of the type of adhesive the remover is up against. Ceramic photos are bonded to headstones with a special adhesive foam from the 3M company. The adhesive seals for ages, and seals the gap between flat and rounded surfaces. It resists heat, cold, stress, fatigue, UV light, moisture, solvents, and vibration. This tape is industrial-strength adhesive.
