Easter Topiary Trees

An Easter topiary tree can bring a festive touch to your holiday home decor. Use a small bunny-shaped topiary as the centerpiece for a holiday meal, or add a pair of a large cross or egg shaped trees by your front door to give the entrance to your home true Easter flair.
  1. Types

    • Easter topiary trees can be live or artificial. Live Easter topiary trees can be table-top sized or large enough to plant outdoors. Existing outdoor shrubberies like boxwood can also be trimmed into Easter shapes as well. Easter topiary trees come in all shapes and sizes, so it's easy to find the right tree for your home.

    Shapes

    • The most common shapes for Easter topiary trees include bunnies, crosses and eggs. Traditional topiary shapes like round or cylindrical can be transformed into Easter topiary by adding Easter themed flowers and ornaments.

    Care

    • Artificial Easter topiary threes require little care; they simply need to be dusted occasionally. Store artificial trees after Easter each year, use empty toiler paper tubes to protect protruding parts like bunny ears or the top of a cross. Live Easter topiary can be cared for like any living plant; trim as needed to keep the shape intact.
