How to Make a Wire Leg Stay in a Plastic Pink Flamingo

Most of us have seen them. Those crazy pink flamingo lawn ornaments are everywhere. These ornaments are made from wire legs and plastic molded bodies. Over time the legs may loosen from the body, making it necessary to attach them in an alternate means. A clear liquid super adhesive takes care of this problem.

• Clear liquid super adhesive
• Rag

     Squirt a generous amount of the liquid adhesive to the wire that feeds into the flamingo wire mount. Squirt some glue into the wire hole on the flamingo body.

     Push the wire leg into the flamingo body's leg holder. Hold the leg in position for five minutes to let the glue set.

   • 3

     Set the flamingo in a cool dark space to let the leg glue dry completely.

   • 4

     Place the flamingo in the yard.
