How to Lay Out a Hop Scotch Tile Design

Hopscotch is an old-fashioned game of skipping and jumping that has been a popular outdoor activity for decades. Although the game is traditionally played on a concrete sidewalk with the hopscotch squares and letters drawn in chalk, a hopscotch tile design could add charm to a garden pathway. Making the tiles from quick-set cement using cardboard boxes for molds and forming the hopscotch numbers with marbles is not difficult and could be a good project for a young fan of the game.
