Build It From Scratch

• Provide versatility and customization to the shape, construction and design of your stepping stones by building them from scratch. Use recycled household items such as cardboard pizza boxes, shoe boxes, plastic ice cream tubs, scrap wood or Styrofoam to make the form. Use ordinary concrete mix from the hardware store and follow the directions on the bag to mix the base for the custom stones. Once the concrete sets for an hour, the kids can personalize the stones.
