How to Replace Murray Lawnmower Starters

The starter on a Murray lawn mower is located next to the engine, underneath the flywheel. The starter is responsible for spinning the flywheel to turn the engine. A broken starter turns a lawn mower into a lawn ornament, but you can quickly replace it with just a few tools. Make sure the new starter is compatible with that model lawn mower to prevent further damage to the engine.
