Remove the steering box cover retaining bolts with the adjustable wrench. Lift the steering box cover and set it aside.
Loosen the clutch set screws with a screwdriver until they are backed out all the way, but not fully removed.
Grasp the ends of both disc springs with the pliers, and then pull it loose from the respective discs.
Remove the disc retaining bolts, and then remove the discs and the steering clutch plates beneath them.
Slide the new steering clutch plates into place, slide the discs on, and then replace and tighten the retaining bolts.
Insert the end of the spring into the discs, with the pliers, and bend to hold them in place.
Tighten the clutch set screws back into position with a screwdriver.
Set the steering box cover back into position, and replace the retaining bolts with the adjustable wrench.
