Turn on the drip lines. Depending on how your system was installed, you may have to set a timer to the "Run" position, or simply turn on the water faucet.
Identify the leaks or lines you want to plug. Turn off the water to the drip lines.
Pull out any drip lines that may still be attached to the main supply line. You can pull the drip lines or micro sprinklers straight out of the main supply line, but it may take some force for the drip line to pull free.
Line up the pointed end of the goof plug with the hole in the main line.
Firmly press the plug into the hole until you hear it snap into place. Continue inserting goof plugs until you have plugged all the unwanted active lines.
Turn on the water to the drip lines to check the seals of the goof plugs.
