How to Adjust a Rain Bird Rotor Sprinkler

Rain Bird is one of the largest manufacturers of residential and commercial sprinklers and irrigation equipment. As of 2011, the company offered five lines of rotor sprinkler heads. Each of the sprinklers operates the same. As water pressure moves through the nozzle, it turns a series of small gears inside the sprinkler body. The gears rotate the sprinkler head up to 360 degrees as a single stream of water flows across the lawn. Both the stream and the rotation can be adjusted at the nozzle.
