Instructions for a Paramount PT120-01

The Paramount PT-120 is a lightweight electric hedge trimmer. The electric hedge trimmer is lighter than a gas trimmer, allowing the user to work longer without becoming fatigued as quickly. The drawback to this particular trimmer is that the user is limited by the power cord that attaches to the unit. Even so, you can pick up the basics of the Paramount PT-120 and begin cutting hedges in no time.

  Plug the power cable on your Paramount electric trimmer into an extension cord and plug the extension cord into a viable power outlet. The length of the cord on an electric trimmer is too short to be able to use the unit effectively.

  Look at your hedge and determine the natural shape of the plant. All hedges will have a natural shape, and you will want to cut only the errant individual branches and leaves of the plant.

  Release the safety latch on the trigger housing.

  Take the unit in your hands, with one hand around the trigger and the other around the grip bar.

  Depress the trigger and use the trimmer to cut the hedge.
