Lawn Genie Sprinkler Timer Instructions

A Lawn Genie sprinkler programmer is a good idea if you are not always home or you forget to turn on your sprinkler system manually. With a Lawn Genie, you can set the days of the week you want to water your lawn. You can set three different start times and three different durations. This gives you total control over your lawn watering.

Instructions

  Set the time and date on your Lawn Genie sprinkler. Press the "Time/Date" button on the control panel. The hour/minutes will start to flash on the display screen. Use the "on/off" buttons to select the time. Select the "Next" button to advance to the date. Use the "on/off" buttons to set the date.

  Press the "Water/Days" button on the control panel. "Sun," for Sunday, will start to flash on the screen. Press the "on/off" buttons to turn the day on or off. Press "Next" to advance through the days. Press the "on/off" button to turn on or off each day.

  Press the "Start Time" button on the control panel and set the start time for your sprinkler system to turn on. Adjust the start time with the "on/off" buttons. Press next to advance to the next predetermined time. If you want your sprinkler to turn on only once, surpass settings two and three by selecting "Next." Otherwise, enter in times for the second and third cycles.

  Press the "Run Time" button on the control panel. The value of "0" will turn the sprinkler on. Use the "on/off" button to raise or lower the number between zero and 99 minutes. Press the "Next" button to advance to the run time for the second start time and then for the third start time.
