How to Adjust Spike Sprinklers

Spike sprinklers have a spike at the bottom of them so you can move them around your lawn with ease. Instead of underground pipes, the spike sprinkler attaches to your hose for maximum portability. Besides placing the spike where you want it to go you can also adjust the sprinkler head to turn to a certain degree and control how much water comes out of the nozzle. These adjustments help you apply water where it's needed.

Locate the tabs on either side of the sprinkler head's nozzle. Push the tabs to adjust how much water leaves the sprinkler's head.
