Hypro High Pressure Ceramic Spray Tips

Hypro is a well-established designer, manufacturer and distributor of spray pumps that was established in1947. Its products include roller pumps, centrifugal pumps, diaphragm pumps, turbine pumps, piston pumps, plunger pumps, gear pumps and impeller pumps. it also includes high-pressure spray tips and nozzles, among other pump accessories. These spray tips and nozzles are used in a wide range of industries, including the agriculture, firefighting, pressure cleaning, marine and industrial equipment industries. All spray tips are available in ceramic, among other types of materials. There is some overlap among spray tip types.
  1. Broadcast

    • Broadcast high-pressure ceramic spray tips are used to deliver spray over an entire plot of ground, such as a lawn or field. They are characterized by their uniform distribution of spray. Broadcast spray tips are available in a range of droplet hole sizes.

    Banding and Directed

    • Banding and directed-spray tips are designed to deliver spray to a particular area of a plant, lawn or field while ensuring that surround areas do not get wet. Spray tip types in this category include "fan spray," "hollow cone" and "full cone."

    Air Blast

    • Air blast spray tips are designed so that they enclose the spray pattern in a stream of moving air, which carrying the spray droplets into a plant canopy. The targeted area may be adjusted by altering the spray components, the air components or both. Spray tip types in this category include "fan spray" and "cone" tips.

    Fertilizer

    • Fertilizer spray tips are typically used to deliver nutrients to soils so they may absorbed by plants. These tips are available in very wide streams and very narrow streams. Specialty fertilizer spray tips designed for leaf coverage are also available. Spray tip types in this category include "stream" tips and "wide fan tips."

    Industrial

    • Industrial spray tips are designed for heavy duty applications such as car-washing. They are available in a range of spray patterns, including very narrow and very wide.

    Misting

    • Misting spray tips are available that lie outside of the "high pressure category." They are typically used for cooling, humidification, the suppression of dust, the control of odors and the preservation of produce.
