Purchase caulking material that works well with greenhouse glass, such as a silicone polycarbonate compatible caulk.
Check to make sure that the door seals properly. Look for any gaps and check for any air that may be escaping around it. Rehang the door, if necessary, and fill in any gaps with caulk using a caulking gun.
Search the caulking that has been previously applied around the foundation of the greenhouse. Pull up any caulking that has cracked and replace it with fresh caulk. Seal all seams, such as where the glazed glass meets the greenhouse metal frames and where the frames meet the foundation. Allow to dry.
Check all panes of glass to see if they are set properly. Adjust any that are askew and caulk them into place. Check for cracked or broken panes and replace them, if necessary. Use a ladder to check the roof glass as well.
Check the insulation to make sure there are no rips or tears. Replace as necessary. Use caulk to seal around the edges so that the insulation will not draw warm air up and away from the greenhouse.
