Instructions

    • 1

Coat the inside of your mold with mineral oil or vegetable oil to make removing your lawn ornament from the mold easier.

    • 2

Add water to Quikrete fast setting concrete mix in a large bucket or wheelbarrow. You need approximately one gallon of water for each 50-pound bag of concrete.

    • 3

Stir the water and Quikrete together with a shovel or a thick wooden stick until all of the concrete mix is wet. The mix will resemble a thick mud when it's ready to use.

    • 4

Pour the prepared Quikrete into your oiled mold. Tap the mold firmly on the ground several times while filling it to remove any air bubbles which will leave holes in your lawn ornament.

    • 5

Leave the lawn ornament in the mold for 24 hours to ensure that it is dry.

    • 6

Remove the mold from the dry Quikrete to reveal your lawn ornament.
