Drape 12 feet of 3-foot-wide tulle fabric over a wooden arbor.
Cut six 18-inch-long pieces of 2-inch-wide wired satin ribbon.
Gather the tulle together about 2 feet from the end, and wrap a piece of ribbon around it. Tie the ribbon in a bow. Continue doing this every 2 feet or so along the length of the tulle.
Run an 8- to 12-inch length of craft wire under the bow and over the tulle, and secure it to the frame of the arbor. Hide the wire in the bow and tulle as much as possible. Snip off the ends with wire cutters. Do this at every spot where there's bow.
Wind a 12-foot-long silk vine around the arbor, wrapping it loosely in and out of the tulle.
Insert a hot glue stick in a hot glue gun. Plug in the glue gun.
Squeeze a dollop of hot glue on the back of a silk flower, and press the flower onto the tulle fabric next to a bow. Repeat this process until you have added as many flowers as you would like to your decorated arbor.
