Cut the PVC pipe the slightly larger than the width of the storage shed to use rollers. You can make them slightly longer, but they get in the way when you push if they're too long. You'll need three or four of them to move the shed. You'll also need several heavy boards about 6 feet in length or a jack and blocks of wood.
Remove any electrical hook ups to the storage building. You may have ground anchors. If you do, many of these have simple corkscrew anchors in the ground. Simply twist them out. If you have corner gussets that anchor the storage building to concrete, you'll need to take them off too.
Jack up alternating sides and put the wood blocks under the jacked up sides.
Place one of the pipes in front of the storage shed. It needs to be parallel to the front of the shed.
Put a pipe under the back side as far under as you possible can and another a several inches in front of the direction you'll move the shed. As you push the shed, the PVC pipe acts like wheels.
Assign one or two people the job of taking the roller from the back of the shed as it passes over it and moving it to the front. As you move the shed, you'll drop off the one on the end. The two that remain are enough to hold it in place. You can slide it onto the extra pipes for support and to make the push easier. You also can use a vehicle to tow the shed.
Guide the shed into place and remove the pipes one by one, as you get closer. Set the shed onto the spot you want it and tie it down
