      Take your shed plans to your local lumber yard to get a material takeoff and framing package.

      Prepare the pad for the shed's foundation.

      Square the foundation and construct it according to your plans.

      Cut and assemble the floor for your storage shed. Follow the specifications provided by the lumber yard.

      Build the shed walls and sheath according to the plans.

      Install the doors and any windows into the shed after the walls have been raised and tied together.
