Instructions

    • 1

Find some Brinkmann grilling tools including a scraper, tongs, spatula and a prong or fork. These tools assist you in your grilling and cleaning experience by keeping your grill in tip-top shape.

    • 2

Clean out your grill. Cleaning your grill modifies it to almost new. Remove the grill grate and soak it in hot soapy water. Clean out any ash or grease in the bottom of the grill. Scrape the grill grate with the wire scrape brush, and allow it to dry. Coat the grill grate with olive oil to prevent meats from sticking in the future.

    • 3

Add a Brinkmann charcoal heat-booster grate. This grate is a small rack that you place on top of your regular grate that will give your meat a charcoal-smoky taste.

Find a small outdoor Brinkmann grilling light. Brinkmann makes lights that attach to your grill, which illuminates your grate while cooking. Using this light updates your grill, and helps you see meat and how close it is to being done.
