How to Clean a Bird-Bath Bowl

Chirping birds in your yard add a sense of serenity. A bird bath attracts birds but requires regular cleaning. Algae, bird droppings and other organic matter accumulate inside the bowl, posing a danger to the birds that drink and bathe in the water. Clean the bird-bath bowl once a week to ensure the birds in your yard have a place to go for clean water.
