Carefully remove the picnic table stand from the packaging. Check that all the components are there. There should be four table legs and two support struts.
Remove six of the 3 1/4-inch screws. The remainder of the hardware will be utilized to attach the lumber to the top of the picnic table.
Hold the highest side of two of the table legs together. They should curl at the top to form a loop and they should both curl away to form a large C shape on either side of the table. Thread the nuts through the two holes and tighten with the wrench. Repeat for the other legs.
Secure the support struts to the top of each of the table legs using the wrench to tighten the nuts.
