Purchase your desired number of flower pots. You'll need a variety of pots in different sizes with drainage holes on the bottom of the pots.
Run a piece of adjustable PVC (polyvinyl chloride) pipe through the bottom of your largest pot. Set this pot flat on the ground and fill it with potting soil. Then put your plant or flower in the plant. This pot will be your base.
Place another pot through the PVC pipe above the first one. Fill this one with potting soil and a plant, then allow it sit crooked. It should appear to be leaning off from the side of the first pot.
Repeat step 3 for each additional pot. Position them in a manner so that they appear to be leaning the opposite way. This will maintain the balance of the PVC and the integrity of the structure as a whole.
Continue in this manner until you've hidden the top of the PVC. Position the entire piece so that it leans against a wall on one side.
