Select a double-sided wooden pallet with a good surface. Its boards should be butted up against each other with no gaps between them.
Remove the boards from the bottom of the pallet with a crowbar.
Saw eight of the bottom boards to the length that you want for your table legs.
Set the long sides of the two boards together so that they form a 90-degree angle. This will be one of four table legs. Clamp these boards together.
Drill a 1/16-inch pilot hole through the boards every four inches.
Screw the pieces of the leg together with 2-inch wood screws.
Set the remaining pallet upside-down, then stand the leg in the corner against the side board.
Drill three pilot holes in a triangle shape through the side of the leg and into the pallet's side board. Screw the leg to the pallet with more wood screws.
Repeat Steps 4 through 8 for the remaining three legs.
Set the table upright.
Drill two pilot holes through the top of the table and into the unsecured board on each leg.
Screw the legs in place with more wood screws.
Sand the entire table with 220-grit sandpaper and an electric sander.
Paint or stain the table as desired.
