Free Outdoor Bench Building Instructions

Outdoor benches provide extra seating for family gatherings and other events. Although these benches will not likely be used in a rain storm, they need to be able with stand exposure to excessive rain and sunlight. Cedar naturally holds up well to these elements, but when there is a stain or wood sealant applied, the bench can last for decades. Building your own outdoors benches can be fun, easy and inexpensive, allowing it to be a Sunday afternoon project.
