Brush away any leaves or debris that gathered on the furniture. Use a nylon brush to remove tougher marks, such as dried bird droppings and dried dirt particles.
Wipe down the furniture with a rag dipped in a mixture of baking soda and water to remove any stuck-on dirt, sap and grime. Pay close attention to hard to reach areas of the furniture and wipe the back of each piece well. For tables, wipe the tabletop as well as the underside. Use a hose to spray down all areas of the furniture and dry it with a clean dry rag.
Polish painted metal with one to two coats of automotive wax. Apply wax in a circular motion with a soft clean rag, then buff off with a new clean rag.
