Connect a 2 foot and a 3 foot length of PVC pipe at a 90 degree angle using a side outlet elbow. The remaining opening in the pipe should point straight up.
Attach another side outlet elbow and 3 foot length of pipe to the opposite end of the 2 foot length.
Complete the rectangle using another side outlet elbow and a 2 foot length of pipe. You should now have a 2 foot by 3 foot rectangle with an outlet pipe pointed straight up at each corner of the rectangle.
Attach a 3 foot length of pipe to each corner of the rack.
Attach a side angle pipe to each end of two 3 foot lengths of pipe.
Attach 1 foot lengths of pipe to each of the side angle pipes, always forming a 90 degree angle with the 3 foot lengths. Turn the pipes so all the remaining open ends face the same direction.
Attach a tee joint to both ends of the remaining 3 foot length of pipe. This forms the center bar on the top of your drying rack.
Connect all four of the 1 foot lengths of pipe to the tee joints to form a large rectangle with another pipe across the center.
Attach the top of the rack to the upright lengths of pipe to complete your drying rack.
If the rack feels wobbly take it apart and use PVC glue to attach the pieces permanently.
