Removing a Face from a Grandfather Clock

Grandfather clocks are one of the most distinctive furnishings in a home and the most distinctive part of a grandfather clock is its face. The face of a grandfather clock must be removed when major repairs or cleaning of the clock movement is performed. Some clock faces are secured to the case with screws while others are attached directly to the movement.
