An armoire is a sturdy piece of furniture that traditionally holds both folded clothing and clothing hung on hangers. It is a handy piece of furniture to have, especially in a house with few closets, but over time, your armoire may start to wobble. The wobbliness may be due to a change in the wood from humidity or from an uneven floor. A wobbly armoire is fixable with wooden shims.
