Place the wet bar against the wall in front of the water supply shutoff valves and drainpipe. Place a carpenter's level on top of the bar to ensure that it sits level.
Wrap a layer of plumber's tape around the threads of the faucet's hot and cold water intakes. Attach flexible water supply lines to the faucet by screwing the nuts on the supply lines onto the hot and cold intakes. Tighten the nuts with a plumber's wrench.
Wrap a layer of plumber's tape around the threads of the shutoff valves.Attach the opposite ends of the water supply lines to the shutoff valves by screwing the supply line nuts onto the threads and tightening the nuts with the plumber's wrench.
Fit a PVC P-trap on the underside of the sink drain. Measure the distance between the top of the drainpipe and the end of the P-trap. Cut a section of PVC pipe with a PVC saw to connect the P-trap to the drainpipe.
Coat one end of the PVC pipe with PVC solvent and adhesive with a 1-inch paintbrush. Insert this end into the P-trap. Let the adhesive bond for 20 minutes.
Coat the drainpipe and the opposite end of the PVC pipe with solvent and adhesive. Insert both ends into a PVC collar and allow the adhesive to bond for 20 minutes.
