How to Install Gladiator GarageWorks Garage Cabinets

Check the parts list for your GarageWorks cabinet to make sure all the required pieces are included and avoid the frustration of not being able to finish the project due to lack of hardware. Contact the retailer or the Gladiator GarageWorks' customer service line for replacement parts.

Stand up the two side panels of the cabinet with their side tabs facing inward. Have an assistant hold them in place as you set the top panel against them with its tabs facing inward. Position the bottom panel against the other end of the side boards with its reinforced cabinet wheel corners facing outward. Connect the panels at each corner with two Allen wrench bolts. Tighten the bolts down completely.

Mount each of the rear panels over the frame. Attach the rear panels to the frame with a Phillips head screwdriver and screws.

Position the four casters in their positions against the reinforced caster corners of the cabinet's bottom panel. Attach them in place by tightening their bolts with a wrench.

Install the shelves inside the cabinet by first ensuring that their magnetic sides face the front of the cabinet. Position the shelves inside the cabinet slightly higher than the desired position. Lower the shelves evenly so that the shelf tabs catch in the cabinet slots. Press the shelves down so they are evenly attached.

Insert a Phillips head screw into each of the hinge holes on the interior of the cabinet sides. Tighten the screws down halfway. Lower the cabinet door hinges over the screws. Fully tighten the screws once all the hinges are in place. Open and close the doors to check the fit and make any necessary adjustments.
