How to Fix a Bubble in My Air Mattress

Air mattresses are used for many different things, from hosting guests who are visiting for a weekend to camping trips in the woods. While an air mattress can be a convenient accessory to have with you when away from your own bed, from time to time they will have issues, like leaks or air bubbles. Fixing an air bubble is not a difficult task, but there is only one way to do it.

Instructions

    • 1

Locate the air bubble inside of your mattress. For the majority of air bubbles, you will be able to find it immediately.

    • 2

Place a hand on the air bubble. Apply a small amount of pressure to attempt to pop the bubble.

    • 3

Open the nozzle and allow the air to begin to escape from the air mattress. As the mattress is deflating, continue to apply pressure to the air bubble until it pops.

    • 4

Attach the air pump to the air mattress as soon as the bubble pops and refill the mattress with air. Once filled, detach the air pump and close the air nozzle on the mattress.
