How to Remove Dust Mites & Bacteria From Mattresses Naturally

Dust mites are a major cause of asthma and allergies, especially in vulnerable individuals such as children and the elderly, reported Environment, Health, and Safety online. (See References 2) A typical mattress may have 100,000 to 10 million mites inside. A single dust mite produces about 20 waste droppings every day. The proteins in the feces and shed skin are what causes allergies. According to Healthy-bedroom-Ideas.com, "If you are able to remove the mattress and clean outside, let it dry in the sun after cleaning" because UV light is effective in killing bacteria and viruses.
