Full (Double)

• A full mattress is roughly double the width of a twin mattress. North and South America offers a small double mattress that measures 54 by 75 inches. In Great Britain, a full mattress is 48 by 75 inches and full mattresses available in the European Union measure 55.1 by 78.7 inches. In Asia, a full mattress measures 48 by 78 inches.
