Twin, Full and Queen Size Mattresses

• A twin mattress will accommodate one person, usually a child, and measures 38 inches wide and 75 inches long. A full mattress, also known as a double, measures 53 inches wide and 75 inches long. A full mattress is a comfortable fit for most adults, but can be a tight squeeze when sleeping with a partner. A queen mattress measures 60 inches wide by 80 inches long and can comfortably fit most couples.

King Size Mattress

• A standard king, also known as an Eastern King, is 76 inches wide and 80 inches long. The width of the bed provides couples with ample room for a comfortable night's sleep. Each person will have nearly the same space as a twin size bed.

California King Size Mattress

• The California king mattress measures 72 inches wide and 84 inches long, which is 4 inches shorter in width and 4 inches longer in length than a standard king mattress. The size difference makes it impossible to share linens between king mattresses and California king mattresses. A California king, also known as a Western king, is the longest mattress available. Make sure you measure your living space before purchasing larger mattresses. This mattress might be too large to fit in smaller bedrooms and can be difficult to move through narrow hallways, stairwells and doors.
