     Ask a helper to tilt each side of the piece of furniture upward. Adhere a Slide Guide to each foot or corner with the product's self-adhesive, or screw it into the bottom of the foot or corner with a screwdriver, according to the manufacturer's instructions.

     Allow the furniture to rest on the floor with the Slide Glides in place.

     Push or pull the piece of furniture across the carpet, vinyl, tile or concrete to move it to its destination. There's no need to lift it to move it. It will slide easily across any non-friction surface.
