Remove the doors from the cabinet and lay the cabinet door flat on the floor. Lay the glass panel carefully inside the wooden frame of the cabinet door.
Raise the glass until it reaches a point where the edge of the glass is aligned along the center of the wooden frame's width. Use a stack of coins near each corner of the glass to elevate the glass.
Place the tip of the nozzle against the corner of the glass, then squeeze the trigger gently until a small amount of silicon fills the gap between the glass and the wood. Perform the same procedure on each corner of the glass, then allow about 10 minutes for the silicon to set.
Place the tip of the nozzle against the edge of the glass, then run a bead of silicon along the entire edge of the glass to fill the gap between the glass and the wood. Move your hand steadily and continuously along the length of the frame while squeezing the caulk from the tube slowly and evenly.
Allow the silicon to dry overnight.
Turn the cabinet door over and lay it flat on the floor. Apply silicon sealant on the other side of the glass following the same procedures mentioned in Step 3.
Allow the silicon to dry, then replace the cabinet door.
