Clean every inch of the leather carefully using a leather cleaning product that has been pH balanced for leatherwork. This will safeguard the leather from overdrying or surface damage. Place the leather cleaner on a sponge or a clean cloth and work it into the leather, wiping away any excess cleaner after you have scrubbed the entire surface.
Recolor the white leather, applying spray-on leather dye or leather recoloring balm. Both products are leather-safe, and work by providing a thin layer of white pigment to the surface of leather.
Allow the pigment to dry for at least 15 minutes, then add another layer to achieve desired whiteness.
Condition the leather following the drying period for your final layer of color. Apply the leather conditioner directly to the surface of the leather, gently massaging it in with a soft cloth. This helps preserve the leather.
Prevent the couch from future exposure to sunlight and cigarette smoke, since both can cause discoloration. Sweat, skin oils and certain food or drink spills may also cause yellowing, so make sure to use leather cleaner to remove these things if they come into contact with the leather.
