Set the fence of a table saw so it's 1/2 inch away from the 1/4-inch-thick blade. Set the blade depth to 1/4 inch using the set screw on the table saw.
Cut a 1/4-inch groove into the middle of one side of a 12-by-1-by-1-inch pine board. Then do the same for 23 more pine boards.
Measure the cabinet space set aside for roll-out drawers. Mark the inside walls of the space every 1½ inches with a pencil.
Attach a 12-inch pine board to every other pencil mark on one inside wall, starting from the top line. Use 2-inch screws through the bottom half of the board into the cabinet wall. Place the boards so the grooves are facing up. Repeat this process for the opposite wall starting with the first pencil mark.
Place the roll-out drawers into the pine boards with the spacing you need.
Cut a 1/4-inch deep groove into twelve 10-by-6-by-1-inch pine boards. Make the groove 1/4-inch from one 10-inch edge on one side of each board only.
Attach two of the 10-by-6-by-1-inch pine boards to each end of another 10-by-6-by-1-inch pine board, aligning the 1/4-inch grooves, using 2-inch screws and a cordless drill. The two boards must be perpendicular to the base board and parallel to each other.
Insert a 10-by-10-by-1/4-inch plywood into the grooves of the three boards, making the bottom of the drawer.
Attach a 10-by-6-by-1-inch pine board to the open end of the drawer, using 2-inch screws and a cordless drill.
Attach a 10-inch rolled drawer track to two opposite sides of the drawer. The track fits over the 1-inch edge of the top of the drawer sides. The wheeled track is screwed into the wood using 1/4-inch screws included in the kit.
Build two more drawers using the same process. Insert the three drawers in the cabinet.
