Instructions for a 3-in-1 Storkcraft Crib With a Drawer

Place the four mattress base supports on a flat surface. Turn the mattress base with the warning label facing up. Models with a drawer will have the drawer pre-installed under the base. Place the base onto the mattress base supports, lining up the holes on the base with the holes in the supports.

Insert the four provided bolts through the holes in both the supports and the base. Note that the hooked ends of the base supports should be facing outward from the base. Place the provided nuts on the opposite sides of the bolts and tighten them with the wrench.

Place the mattress base between the headboard and the footboard. Have another person help you lift up the base so that the holes on the base supports line up with the holes on the boards. Place the provided washers onto the provided screws and use the Phillips screwdriver to tighten them into place. When each corner is tightened, the unit is in the normal bed setting and you can place the mattress on the base.

Place the provided wooden dowels into the two holes at the top of the stationary wooden side rail. Insert these dowels into the holes on the headboard and footboard to attach the rail. Insert the provided dowel bolts into the holes on the opposite side of the boards and tighten them with the provided Allen key. The unit is now in the daybed setting.

Place the other side rail over the top of the headboard and footboard on the opposite side of the crib from the stationary rail. Line up the plastic teeth on the rail with the plastic guides on the rails and push down to lock the rail in place. The unit is now at the crib setting, which can be changed to the daybed setting by pulling up on the rail to remove it.
