How to Convert a Storkcraft Angelina Crib to a Toddler Bed

Convertible cribs are a functional investment, as they transform to day beds or toddler beds when your baby grows. Storkcraft Angelina cribs are able to convert to toddler beds when your child is ready with just a few changes. Make sure your child is old enough before converting your crib to a toddler bed; he needs to be at least 15 months old, according to Storkcraft.

Instructions

      Remove the casters from the headboard and the footboard, located on each corner of the mentioned pieces.

      Remove the stationary side rail by pulling it down carefully.

      Verify the mattress is in the lowest position. If not, move it down by removing the corner bolts holding the mattress support in position, moving the mattress support down and securing in it with the same bolts on each corner.

      Secure the guard rail to the front of the crib using four bolts and four barrel nuts, two on each side of the guard rail.

      Position the safety rail on top of the guard rail towards the left of the crib. Use three 1/4-inch-by-1 3/4-inch bolts to secure it. Use a bolt on the top left corner of the rail, one on the bottom left corner and the last one on the bottom right corner.
