Instructions

    • 1

Set two 48-inch boards on edge, parallel, and 25 inches apart. Set two 25-inch boards on edge and perpendicularly between them so you have a nonsecured 28-by-48-inch frame. Screw through the 48-inch boards and into the 25-inch boards to secure the frame. Use eight screws for this task. Repeat this process so you have two identical rectangular frames.

    • 2

Position the 30-inch boards perpendicularly inside each corner of one of the rectangular frames. Screw two screws through each of the 25-inch boards to secure the 30-inch boards. The ends of the 30-inch boards should be flush with the edges of the frame. Repeat this process on the opposite end of the legs using the other rectangular frame. You should have a 30-by-28-by-48-inch box. One of the rectangular frames will support the top of your cart, and the other will be on the bottom of the cart.

    • 3

Position the box so that one rectangular frame is on top and so the other is on the bottom, resting on the floor. Lay a sheet of plywood on the top rectangular frame, and position it so all of the edges are flush with the sides of the rectangular frame. Screw it to the frame using 16 screws spaced 10 inches apart. Repeat this process on the other rectangular frame. One of the sides with the plywood is the top of your cart, and the other side is the bottom of your cart. Both sides should be identical.

Screw your swivel wheels to the bottom sheet of plywood. The corners of the mounting brackets should be flush with the corners of the plywood. Set the cart on its wheels, and it's ready to support the TV.
