# Allure Adjustable Mesh Office Chair Instructions
We all have to work, but working in the same position or repeating the same task for hours at a time can result in injury. Grip the silver ball of the pneumatic height adjustment and pull it upward to raise the height of the Allure adjustable mesh office chair. Pull the lever and push downward on the seat to lower the chair's height.

Grip and rotate the armrest pads inward or outward to the desired position.

Turn the armrest width adjustment knobs counterclockwise, pull the armrests out to their desired width and retighten the knobs by turning them clockwise.

Rotate the armrests forward to fold them out of the way.

Turn the tilt tension control knob clockwise to reduce or lock the chair's tilt movement. Turn the knob counterclockwise to increase the chair's tilt movement.
