Do It Yourself Standing Desk

Standing desks are a new trend created and emphasized by health-cautious workers. Standing up while working allows you to pay more attention to what you are doing, work harder and burn more calories during the process. Because the idea of standing desks is such a new concept, the desks are rather expensive and have limited availability. In order to save some money, create your own customized standing desk for use at home or at work.
