Vacuum off the surface of the sofa with a hand vacuum or a full-sized vacuum's brush attachment. This will remove any pet hair, food crumbs and general dirt and debris.
Combine 2 tbsp. liquid dish soap and 3 cups warm water in a small bucket.
Dampen a white hand towel in the mixture. Wring out the majority of the liquid until the cloth is damp, not soaking wet.
Wipe down the entire surface of the pleather couch with the mixture.
Wet a hand towel under cool water and wring out the excess liquid.
Wipe down the pleather couch to remove the soapy water.
Dry off the surface of the couch with a clean towel. Dry in between the couch cushions to ensure all the liquid is removed.
Cover the pleather couch with a thin layer of leather conditioner. Work the conditioner into the pleather couch and wipe it away with a hand towel.
