  If the manufacturer is not able to help you, your glider may be exclusive to Babies R Us. If this is the case, call Babies R Us at: 1-888-BABY-R-US, give the model number of your glider, explain that the manufacturer is unable to provide you with a replacement part and you will be referred to a member of the Quality Assurance Team. That person will work to resolve your parts issue.
