# How to Test Highmark InSync
The Highmark InSync is an office chair that includes height, adjustment, pivot and sliding adjustable arms. The chair can be customized, as you can choose between 15 different color options, along with various fabric and leather choices. Before buying the chair for your home or office, you may wish to test the chair and its various controls before making a purchase.

Sit down in the chair. Place your arms on the armrests on both sides of the chair. Adjust the armrests' height by pressing the button on the outside of the armrests. While holding the button, move the rests up or down, as desired.

Adjust the seat's height. Pull the paddle, located on the rod that protrudes from the right side of the chair, to increase the height. Sit on the chair while holding the paddle to lower the chair. Release the paddle when you have achieved the desired height.

Adjust the seat slider and back angle. Sit on the chair and then pull the rod out to the "unlock" position. Lean back and slide the seat forward, or back. Push the rod back into the "lock" position when you have reached the desired position.
